Returns

Online orders are eligible for a full refund only within 14 days of the delivery date (printed on receipt). Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. Please include your packing slip in your return. Returns past the 14-day mark will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made.

When we receive the returned merchandise, we will inspect the product to make sure it is in returnable condition. Returns will be processed within 7-14 business days from the time it is received.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to receive a refund.

Items that have been worn or washed, as well as accessories and sale items are FINAL sale and will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions.

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.

Please fold your items neatly and wrap them in a protective covering to prevent damage during shipment.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. If your package is lost in transit, consider calling your local post office for information on the package.

Shipping

There is a $5 flat rate shipping charge for all USPS ground shipping to the continental U.S.

Orders are processed within 3 days of them being placed. Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days after being processed. Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed!

Please double check your shipping address! Once we ship the package, you will be charged to double ship if you enter the wrong address.
